Revenue Forecasts

The Universe Eye will have multiple revenue streams which will help generate revenue for the project. Largely, we expect to rake in revenues from NFT sales on metaverse assets such as lands, onboarding fees from 3rd party businesses and merchants who sign on to our metaverse-as-a-service product, ad revenue and fees generated from events.

Our outlook on the industry is bullish and as a result we identified and quantified distinct revenue streams which will bolster the financial muscle of the project.

Based on our projections, we expect revenue in the first year of launch to be about $7M, $11.5M in Year 2 and $16M in Year 3.

Valuation

The team conducted a comprehensive valuation of the commercial potential of The Universe Eye. The team focused on factors such as potential revenue streams, the value of the team, product development as well as comparative cost analysis on projects of similar nature. Conservative calculations put the value of The Universe Eye around $47M.

It is noteworthy to state that this evaluation is highly subjective and would require an appraisal from a third-party independent valuation advisor. We have taken steps to commence such a process and are currently assessing proposals submitted by a few valuation appraisal firms.
